About Our Club
Welcome to the Royal Kennebeccasis Yacht Club, located at the intersection of the Kennebecasis and St John Rivers in the beautiful Brothers Cove, Saint John, New Brunswick.
Welcome from the Commodore
Welcome to the RKYC! I am very proud to be the second female commodore in our 122 year history.
Introduced to boating in my early thirties, left a tremendous impact on me. Introduced to the RKYC at that time, was like being welcomed home. The people and the energy at the club were, and still are, something the members can be proud of and a reason for new members to join.
The RKYC has so much to offer, including an active marina, a full entertainment schedule, and a thriving Learn to Sail program, for both adults and juniors. Most of this is due to the care and dedication of our volunteers.
The RKYC is also a great place for visiting cruisers, on their way to enjoy the beautiful river systems connected to the club, the St. John River and the Kennebecasis River. Many have stopped, stayed and enjoyed their time at our facilities.
In conclusion, I am looking forward to an amazing 2016. I am proud to serve, and proud to belong, to the RKYC!
